Stayed here for 3 nights. Location is good, not far from the centre although you'd still need to take a taxi to get to most places. Had some problems with our toilet not flushing properly and also they were working on the rooms below in the middle of the night !?!? After a complaint, they promised it wouldn't happen again... They serve good breakfast and the restaurant isn't too bad. Wouldn't go back there, but aside from the troubles we had it seems like a pretty good deal.

The overall condition of the hotel is nice and I would consider the rooms average. I have been traveling and doing business in China for the past 12 years and have never experienced such negative service from the staff. I’m American and my wife is Chinese so we frequently travel together when I do business. We have had nothing but positive experiences for the past 12+ years traveling all over China. I have spoken to two other couples that I know, 1 from Singapore and the other from USA that have also encountered the exact same problem at this hotel and will also never stay there again. If only I had talked to them about this before I booked my stay.

There is a garden inside the hotel , beautiful surroundings. You can have a great view from the room. The newly-renovated rooms are very big and comfortable. Nice staffs.But it is very expensive to have meal there.It costed me more than 10 thousands except the room charge.

Outstanding location, the Liuhua Complex and the metro are just between walking distance.There is fair in the hotel.Quite
good room service.But the charge and expense is too high to accept.
