Services and environmentin both of them are ok, in generally, there is only one better: on the 5th line of the airport directly to the hotel, Convenience!

Room very comfortable, because it is in the city center, around the building so crowded environment. Overall very good!

Stayed for three nights at this hotel in May 2008.
Booked as a base to use when visiting friends who live in Guangzhou.
Very friendly and helpful reception staff who had adequate use of english.
Very large bedrooms compared with those in Hong Kong -rather too large- in fact we asked to be moved from our first allocation- to a smaller room without all the sofas and chairs !
The rooms needed refurbishing but the bathroom was really well appointed, with the rare luxury of a deep bath and superb water pressure for the shower.
Try and get a room on a high floor as there is some traffic noise from the highway systems adjacent to the hotel.
Stayed on a room only basis -again very cheap compared with Hong Kong.
Plenty of shops, supermarkets etc nearby, but a good 15min walk to the nearest underground station.
