    Food was superb, very cheap, service okay but lack of English can be a little bit of a problem. All in all I found the service very good. The rooms were of a good standard,cleanliness was good. It is a little out of the way but is very handy to the exhibition complex. The staff were very helpful.

    This hotel is definitely not for Westerners. Even though it is rated as a 5-star hotel it is at best a 4-star that does not cater to the Western guest. At the height of the busy season, during the Canton Fair, they did not have their Western restaurant open and few hotel staff spoke English well enough to get by. While the hotel is located within 15 minutes by bus of the new Exhibition centre, it is not close to any restaurants, malls or any other attractions and everything is at least a 30 minute taxi ride. I would not stay at this hotel again nor would I recommend it to anyone else.
